Affiliate & Referral
Program - Partner With Us
We are always looking for new
affiliates interested in getting involved in our lending
network. You have nothing to lose - costs you nothing.
What do we pay? The
referral fees vary depending on the lender. BUT for whatever
commission we get on your loan lead, we will split the fee in
half with you. Once we get the check, we make a copy then mail
you your commission check together with a copy of the commission
check that we were paid.

How
it works
-
Apply to become an
affiliate
- We will review and
accept or deny the affiliate agreement
- If accepted you will
receive private access to the affiliate network
- Submit loan leads to be
posted in the lending network
- Lenders review and
contact your lead directly (through us for tracking)
- The lenders complete the
process and close the loan
- Lenders commission us
and we split the fee with you
Once you are accepted,
we will provide you a private web page to post and track
your leads. Lenders will have access to the lead profile but
not the lead contact information. They will need to first
contact us regarding the lead's contact information so we
can track the activity.
PLEASE - do to our heavy
workload, we do not have time to call or receive calls from
every affiliate interested in this service. If you have a
